Villa Mahapala

The name ‘Mahapala’ is a Sanskrit word that when translated means being able to build a record number of achievements, which is suitable to the long term business goals of Villa Mahapala Bali. The villas are as close as 20 minutes drive to the centre of Kuta’s entertainment and shopping district and are also from Ngurah Rai international Airport.

The new Villa Mahapala located in Sindhu Beach region is in the process of having its interiors completed and is scheduled to open at the end of this year on 20 December 2007. Villa Mahapala Bali is located in the across 80 acres and  offers customers a touch of ‘modern ethnic luxury’. The Bali based Hospitality Company; Zamrud Internusa Perkasa PT is responsible for the conception and management of the new villas. The interior design was overseen by Graha Cipta Hadiprana PT who is renowned for their work done on other properties such as the Bali Intercontinental Resort, The Legian Hotel Bali and the Chedi Tanah Gajah Ubud.

All villas will be fitted with modern appliances with contemporary built-in furniture contrasted with traditional Balinese accessories to strike a balance between the modern with the old-fashioned. Most of the materials used are locally-sources Indonesia products, especially the wood and copper accents. The colour scheme is said to have been influenced by the ‘masculine and softly sexy’ tones with wooden floor, rattan, stones and marble being used across the villas.

Comprising of 20 luxurious pool villas – 16 of which are one bedroom and 4 are two bedroom – the new villas situated in Eastern Sanur will all have gardens which can go up to 350 square metres.

Villa Facilities: French fusion restaurant and bar called ‘Voila’; a high-tech gym close to a free-form swimming pool complete with water cascades and a Jacuzzi; ‘Zodiac’ Spa which has a beauty salon, sauna, treatment rooms and hot tubs; a multi-function boardroom for meetings and a library; 24 hours room service
